You can watch a short video to learn how to add an App Store Connect integration to your apps.

If you already have App Store Connect account.

  1. Go to https://hq.asodesk.com/settings/integrations
  2. Click “Add App Store Connect account”.
  3. Enter Email and Password.
  4. Enter the 2-step verification code.

If you don't have App Store Connect account yet.

  1. Login to your App Store Connect.
  2. Go to Users and Access.
  3. Add new user with new email for example asodesk@<your_company>.com.
  4. If you want to use StoreConsole, add role App Manager.
    If you want to use ASO Dashboard, Organic Report and ASO Comparative Report, add roles App Manager, Sales and Access to Reports.
    If you want to use Reply to Reviews tools, add role Customer Support.
  5. Go to https://hq.asodesk.com/settings/integrations
  6. Click “Add App Store Connect account”.
  7. Enter Email and Password for new account.

Check Roles for your App Store Connect account

  1. Login to your App Store Connect.
  2. Go to Users and Access.
  3. Check Roles for account. Successful integration requires App Manager, Sales, Access to Reports and Customer Support roles.
