Keyword suggestions

Next to each keyword in the table, you will find a column of suggestions. By clicking 'Show Suggestions', you can explore all the app store recommendations related to that specific keyword.

Here you can add new keywords by clicking on the '+' button or remove keywords that have already been added by clicking on the 'x' button:

Favorite keywords

By marking keywords as favorites, you can prioritize and keep track of the keywords that are most important to your application's performance. This feature allows you to access these keywords whenever you need to check their status or make strategic decisions.

To mark a keyword as a favorite, simply click on the star icon next to the keyword in the table. Once marked, these keywords will appear at the top of the table, allowing you to focus on them without having to scroll through all your other keywords.

Tabs

The Keyword Table feature enables you to organize your keywords into different tabs, making it easier to categorize them based on relevant criteria.

To set up a new tab, simply click on the "Add tab" button. Then, select the keywords you want to move and click on Actions with ... selected Add selected to tab, and choose the specific tab you want to move them to.

Notes and colors

Coloring keywords adds a visual layer of organization, allowing you to quickly identify and sort keywords based on their performance, relevance or strategic importance. For example, you can assign one color to high-performing keywords and another color to under-performing keywords that need more attention.

In addition to color-coding, you can attach notes to each keyword to provide context or reminders about its use. These notes can include insights into competitor strategies, performance metrics, or any adjustments needed to your ASO approach.

To add a note or color a keyword, click on three dots on the right next to a keyword → add note / set color.

You can also add a note or color to several keywords at once. Tick the boxes, then click on Actions with ... selected → Set color / Add note.

Filters

Managing a large number of keywords becomes easier with the use of filters, allowing you to quickly locate specific keywords.

Customize your filters as you wish, then click 'Apply filter' to see the keywords that match your criteria. The table will refresh to show only the filtered keywords, along with the total number of keywords displayed.

To clear a filter, just click the 'x' icon located next to it.

Competitors rank

You can easily assess your competitors' rankings for the keywords you have added by using the Keyword Table.

Simply click on the 'Competitors rank' and select the competitors you wish to analyze. This will display a new column showing their current Rank next to yours.

FAQ

Is it possible to quickly select many keywords?

Yes, you can apply bulk actions such as color-coding, adding notes, moving keywords between tabs, updating or removing them for efficient organization and optimization.

To select multiple keywords at once, simply click on the first keyword's box, then hold the Shift key and click on the last keyword's box. This will automatically select all keywords in between.

How often the keyword data are updated?

Daily Impressions and Estimated Installs are updated every 12 hours. Rank is updated at least every 24 hours.

You can check the time of the last update by hovering over the clock icon next to each keyword.

How long the data will be calculated after adding keywords?

Normally, after you add keywords to the keyword table, the keyword data will load within 30 minutes. However, the speed at which keyword data is loaded depends on the number of keywords you are adding at the same time - if you add more than 100 keywords, it will take longer than usual to load.

There is also a locale dependency: the main locales (USA and major European countries) load faster than additional locales.

The presence of a keyword in our database can also have an effect - if one of our users has previously added it, it will load faster than a query that nobody tracks.

What does 'Branded keyword' mean?

This indicates that the word or phrase may be protected by copyright, meaning that someone has established legal rights over its use.

Can I export keywords from the Keyword Table?

Yes, you can export your keywords along with their data by clicking on the 'Export as Excel' button located in the upper right corner of the Keyword Table.

In this article, we provide detailed instructions on how to export your keyword data and offer a preview of the format in which the exported table will appear.
