Templates

Using templates to respond to user reviews saves time and ensures consistency in your responses. They help you maintain a professional tone while efficiently addressing common questions, complaints, or feedback. Templates also reduce the risk of errors and allow your team to respond more quickly, improving customer satisfaction.

However, it is important to personalize responses when necessary to make users feel heard and valued. Before sending the reply, we recommend that you make a few adjustments to the template to personalize the message.

 

To access Templates, go to Reviews & Ratings and select Automation Templates from the top menu:

 

You'll see all the standard reply templates. At Asodesk, we have created templates in 10 languages: English, Japanese, Chinese, German, Spanish, Italian, Russian, French, Portuguese, and Korean. Using these templates, you can reply to reviews from foreign users without the help of a translator. 

 

You can also add your own templates to the system.

First, decide which folder or subfolder you want the new template to be in. To add a new folder, scroll down the page and click Create New Folder. To add a subfolder, click the Create Subfolder button located in the upper right corner of each folder.

Enter the template title and text, and then save the template.

If you prefer not to create templates manually in the Asodesk interface, you can import existing templates.

  1. Click on Import Templates.
  2. Upload our example document.
  3. Fill the columns in the document. 

It's important to make sure that each template title is unique, otherwise only one template will be successfully uploaded, as duplicates will not be accepted.


   4.  Upload the filled file to Asodesk.

 

Templates you create can be used in the Reviews & Replies board. Simply select a template when replying to user reviews.

 

You'll also need templates for Auto-Replies, because you'll need to select a template, a folder, or a subfolder that will be used after you create an auto-reply rule.
