Can I customize the duration of my billing cycle?
You can choose from the available subscription periods: 1 month, 3 months, or 1 year. The longer the subscription period, the greater the discount.

Is it necessary to provide my company's details?
In order to process your billing accurately, it is important that you provide your company information, including your official company name and address. You can enter this information on the Billing history & Invoices page.
Why am I not able to access or make changes to my billing information and invoices?
Only a Root account can manage your billing information. Please contact your Root teammate for the necessary billing information you're looking for.
What are the Free Textual ASO and Free Semantic Core options included in some plans? How do I get them after purchasing a subscription?
Some subscription plans include professional ASO services provided by our partners at Angle Agency. To access these services, please reach out to your Asodesk manager for assistance.
Why might my total charges exceed the listed subscription price?
If your company is registered in the European Union, you will need to have a VAT ID number for tax purposes. Without a valid VAT ID, you may be subject to additional charges. You can learn more about this in our article on VAT.
Payment troubleshooting
- Bank does not support the full 3-D Secure;
- Bank blocks the transaction for internal reasons;
- Not enough funds in the bank account to pay for the plan.
