Overview

This integration allows you to respond to reviews using the Reviews & Replies Board tool in Asodesk for apps from the Samsung Galaxy Store. With this integration, reviews will be downloaded more frequently from your console, allowing you to process user feedback faster.

If you use the Asodesk integration with help desk systems such as Zendesk, Usedesk, or Omnidesk, you will also need to integrate with the Samsung Galaxy Store console to send replies to user reviews.

Samsung Galaxy Store functionality is activated manually by your Asodesk manager. To access Samsung Galaxy Store applications, contact your personal Asodesk manager or contact support using the button in the lower right corner of the screen.

Connection guide

1.   Go to Samsung Galaxy Store Seller Portal.

2.   Select the Assistance ➡ API Service menu.

3.   Click Create Service Account:

4.   Check the box Publishing & ITEM and click Create.

5.   A pop-up window will confirm that the service account has been created. Copy and download the Private Key. You'll need to paste it to the Asodesk interface later.

6.   Close the window and you'll go back to API Service. Here, you will see the service account you have just created. Copy the Service Account ID.

7.   Open Asodesk Integrations, scroll down to Samsung Galaxy Store and click Add Samsung account.

8.   Paste the Service Account ID and Private Key you copied from the Samsung Galaxy Store Seller Portal, check the box near your app, then click Save to complete the setup.

After the integration is set up, the integration will be marked as authorized, and the Reply to Reviews feature will be highlighted in green.
