App Store Optimization thrives on teamwork, with each team member making valuable contributions toward shared goals. To support teams focused on ASO development and optimization, we’ve introduced the Multi-user Access feature.
This feature can be especially useful if:

Your team manages multiple apps across different stores and countries.

You work on a global product with regional ASO managers handling specific markets.

You want to grant read-only access to third-party collaborators.

You’re a team of like-minded developers sharing an interest in app growth and looking to reduce costs together.
How to add Teammates and to set up your limits?

Go to Teammates menu.

Click Invite Teammate.
You can only send invitations to an email address that has not been previously registered in Asodesk. If your colleague already has an Asodesk account, they will need to remove it before you can send them an invitation.
3. Paste your colleague's address and assign them a role;

4. Select the applications that will be available to this teammate. You can also select particular locales if necessary.
Everything is ready! Once the teammate receives and accepts the invitation sent to the specified email address, they will have access to work within Asodesk.
