Report concerns to any negative feedback containing inappropriate content and access the latest user reviews from your Google Console
With this integration, you can easily report any spam or inappropriate reviews that you come across on your Google Play Console without the need to log in to your Developer Console account.
This integration also allows Asodesk to load user reviews directly from the developer console so you could process them before they are displayed on your app's page in Google Play.
Reviews typically appear in the Google Play store within 24 hours after being submitted by a user.
1. First, open your Google Play Console. You'll need to invite Asodesk account as a user.
2. Go to Users and permissions section, then click on Invite New Users.
3. Enter gpc@asodesk.com and set all the necessary permissions:
Scroll through the list and choose 'Reply to reviews', 'View app information and download bulk reports (read-only)' for the app(s) you need.
Click on Apply and then on Invite user.
4. Send invite.
5. In your Google Play Console you will see that your user is active.
6. Go to Account details section. Copy Account ID.
7. Open Asodesk integrations menu.
8. Click on the button 'Add Google Play Console Account'.
9. Open Report a Concern tab and paste Account ID to the text field in Asodesk.

- Check the box 'I’ve invited gpc@asodesk.com to Google Play Developer account'.
- Select the applications for which you want to set up the integration.
10. Click on 'Add integration'.
