Google Play Console Integration: Report a Concern

Report concerns to any negative feedback containing inappropriate content and access the latest user reviews from your Google Console

Overview

With this integration, you can easily report any spam or inappropriate reviews that you come across on your Google Play Console without needing to log in to your Developer Console account.

We usually download user reviews from the application page on the Google Play Store. But after a user sends a review, it will only be visible on the app's page after 24 hours.

With Report a Concern integration, we will download user reviews directly from the Google Play Console. This means you can work with user feedback even before they are published in the store. The review list will also be updated more often, every 30 minutes.

1. First, open your Google Developer Console. You'll need to invite Asodesk account as a user.

2. Go to Users and permissions section, then click on Invite New Users.

3. Enter gpc@asodesk.com and set all the necessary permissions:

a. Scroll through the list and choose 'Reply to reviews', 'View app information and download bulk reports (read-only)' for the app(s) you need.

b. Click on Apply and then on Invite user.

4. Send invite.

5. In your Google Play Console you will see that the user is active.

6. Go to Account details section. Copy Developer account ID.

7. Open Asodesk Integrations.

8. Click on the button 'Add Google Play Console Account'.

9. Open the 'Report a Concern' tab and paste the account ID into the text field in Asodesk.

    • Check the box 'I’ve invited gpc@asodesk.com to Google Play Developer account'.
    • Select the apps you want to set up the integration for.

10. Click on 'Add integration'.
