We strive to make your experience with Asodesk as smooth and convenient as possible. That is why we are pleased to announce the introduction of a Custom Plan feature.
This new option allows you to tailor your subscription to your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that you have access to the tools and resources that are most beneficial to your work.
Whether you need additional features, higher usage limits, or specialized support, our custom subscription can be customized to meet your unique requirements. We believe this flexibility will enhance your experience and productivity within the Asodesk platform, allowing you to focus on what matters most - achieving your goals.
To get a customized subscription:
- Go to the Pricing page;
- At the top of the page, click on Configure plan.
- Set your preferred limits of apps, keywords and teammates.
- Select the base for your custom plan. Your plan will include all the tools and features available in the base plan.
- Select which stores and integrations you want to work with.
You can also select the Extended API option if you'd like to work with API and need more API credits. - Enabling Reply-to-Reviews tools allows you to set a monthly number of reviews you need to process, as well as add integration with one of the available Helpdesk systems and review analysis and automation tools.
- After you select all the necessary features, click on Submit a request at the bottom of the page.
