      App Profile

      The home page of every application in Asodesk

      Even before you add an application to Asodesk, you can view basic information about it in the App Profile. This feature allows you to get a preliminary understanding of the app's performance and characteristics without having to fully integrate it into your workspace.

      We've designed App Profile to make it easy for you to review and manage your app’s visual metadata, helping you quickly identify and address any areas for improvement.

       

      To access the App Profile of an added application, click on ASO Tools. You'll be taken to App Profile, where you can toggle between added applications from the top menu.

       

      To view the app profile of an app you haven't added yet, enter the app name or URL in the search bar at the top of the page and click View:

       

      In App Profile, you can view and analyze not only your own app, but also any competitors you’ve added. This allows you to efficiently benchmark their key performance indicators, monitor updates, and gain actionable insights to optimize your app strategy.

      Just click on any of your competitors to view their data:

      App Profile contains the following information:

      • App icon;
      • App title, developer name and price;
      • Latest Release - the date of the latest app update in an app store.
      • App ranking in its category;
      • Overall app rating displayed in an app store, along with the total number of ratings;
      • Top Keywords - the top-ranked keywords that bring the highest number of installs.
      • Top Countries - most popular countries where the app is available, based on ratings data.
      • Number of Ranked Keywords in selected country.

      Under the app icon, you can go to the application page in an app store and see when the information about the app was last updated in Asodesk. 

      Click the Update button if necessary - the meta will be updated within 30 minutes.

       

       

      Next, there are screenshots of the app for different devices, published by the app developer.

      Then, you will find: 

      • A quick analysis of the app's text metadata, where we offer a list of simple rules to help improve the app's name or short description and quick actions such as Copy and Translate;

      The Optimize Metadata button allows you to start working with this metadata in the Text Metadata Builder tool, which contains all the necessary rules for competent metadata creation in ASO, including a stop word editor.

      • What's New in the app;
      • A list of In-app purchases;

       

       

      • Similar and Related apps, from where you can track and view any app in different Asodesk tools.

       

       

       

       

      Below is a summary of the app reviews:

      • Review Breakdown Per Day - a daily number of reviews for the last 90 days;

      • Review Ratings Distribution - a number of reviews sorted by star rating from the last 90 days;

      There may be data for the shorter period if an application has recently been added to Asodesk.

      • Featured Reviews of an app are reviews that appear first on an app page;

       

      • Latest Reviews.

       

      App Profile is accessible via public links – you can share information about apps with anyone, even if they don't have an Asodesk account.
