The App Overview report provides essential details about your app, including keywords, positions, featuring, reviews, and updates for each tracked application in Asodesk.
You can choose to receive this report every day, every week or every month.
What will be in the App Overview:
- Information about keyword positions. You will see how the application's keyword positions have changed in all the countries where you have tracked keywords. Each list is divided into four categories:

New Keywords - search queries for which the application has newly appeared in search results.

Lost Keywords - search queries for which your app is no longer showing up in the search results.

Positive Movement — search queries where you've improved your ranking in search results.

Negative Movement — search queries where your app has dropped down the search results.

The report also includes Category Rankings, which show how well your app does in its category in different countries.

Featuring information. If the application is featured during the selected period, it will be indicated in the report.
- Information about reviews and ratings. You will receive information on the number of new reviews during the specified period, the average rating, and the distribution of reviews with different ratings.
- Information about any updates to the metadata will be available in this section of the report, showing any changes made to the metadata of the app during the specified period.
How to set up the report:
Email:
1. Navigate to the Connections Hub tab found on the left sidebar of the interface.2. Click on the 'Create' option in the top right corner to select Email report/alert.
3. Specify the email address to which you would like the report to be sent.
4. Choose the apps and countries for which you want to get the report.
5. In the General Reports & Alerts tab, select App Overview, then choose the time period for the report: daily, weekly or monthly.
6. Save the settings by clicking on Create.
Slack:
1. Navigate to the Connections Hub tab found on the left sidebar of the interface.
2. Click on the 'Create' option in the top right corner to select Slack Notification.
3. Choose the apps and countries for which you want to get the report.
4. In the General Reports & Alerts tab, select App Overview, then click on Add to Slack to complete authorization and select a Slack channel you want the report to be sent.
You can also enter the custom WebHook URL of the Slack channel.

5. Choose the time period for the report: daily, weekly or monthly.
6. Save the settings by clicking on Create.
