You can change or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Support team.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please make sure to cancel your subscription at least one (1) day before the renewal date.
As stated in our Software as a Service License Agreement, payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are issued for partially used subscription periods.
Upon request, we can temporarily pause your subscription, allowing you to resume working with Asodesk whenever it becomes relevant for you.
