If you find that your current plan no longer meets your needs and you wish to downgrade to a different plan, follow these steps
Go to Plans
Now, you will find a table listing all available plans along with the tools included in each plan.
Select the plan you want to switch to by clicking on the 'Subscribe' button. This will take you to the payment page where you can proceed with the transaction.
Then, enter your billing information and card details:
IMPORTANT
To switch your plan to a new one, reach out to your personal manager through the online chat feature. You can find the chat icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
