Overview of alerts about new tagged reviews and how to enable them.
Overview:
You can customize the notification settings to only receive feedback with specific tags. For instance, to ensure you don't overlook any reviews mentioning bugs, you can set up alerts for reviews tagged with such keywords.
How to enable the alert:
Email:
1. Navigate to the Connections Hub tab found on the left sidebar of the interface.
2. Click on the 'Create' option in the top right corner to select Email report/alert.
3. Specify the email address to which you would like the alert to be sent.
4. Choose the apps and countries for which you want to get the alert.
5. In the General Reports & Alerts tab, select Alerts → New review with tag (and select the tags you need).
6. Save the settings by clicking on Create.
Slack:
1. Navigate to the Connections Hub tab found on the left sidebar of the interface.
2. Click on the 'Create' option in the top right corner to select Slack Notification.
3. Choose the apps and countries for which you want to get the report.
4. In the General Reports & Alerts tab, select Alerts → New review with tag (and select the tags you need).
Then click on Add to Slack to complete authorization and select a Slack channel you want the report to be sent.
You can also enter the custom WebHook URL of the Slack channel.

5. Save the settings by clicking on Create.
